Missing omni external Brown cover

Hi there,  the omni external cover is missing.  Is it possible that I could arrange to have it replaced through this message? Many thanks for your help.

    Please post a photo to allow VM to assess the damage.  If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod will pick this up and discuss.

    We're sorry to hear the cover is missing. We won't be able to send a replacement cover so I would like to arrange for an engineer to come to take a look at this for you. 

    I just need to confirm the address to ensure we are booking the visit on the correct account. I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊

    I have booked you in for the next available appointment and sent you details of the appointment via direct message.

If you need to change or cancel your appointment you can do this by replying directly to the direct message and we can support you further. If you do miss an agreed appointment for any reason, a £25 missed appointment charge will be applied to your account on the day of the appointment.
