Missing Address New Connection

I have been trying for over 2 months now to have my address added to the list of addresses able to receive a broadband connection.  I know VM have undertaken upgrades in our area and one of the telegraph poles they worked on is located on my land.  all the neighbouring houses can get the service too. I  have completed the online forms several times and never had a reply.  I have called CS who said the address needs to be updated as its showing as a business address and only a manager can do this but again no update.  CS then told me we need an engineer to assess this on site and requested an appointment and again nothing!!  Im starting to think that VM just do not want new customers. Are there any other suggestions on how this can be resolved!
