Media App - does not recognise Hub 4

Hi, my virgin broadband works ok and I downloaded the virgin media app so I could monitor the quality occasionally. However it says it does not recognise my hub.  I have tried a few times to reinstall it as per the instructions and also deleted app and downloaded again.   But it will not recognise my hub 4, for some reason !!

    Make sure when trying to connect you are on the same Wifi SSID and band as the Hub.  Also make sure you are not using a VPN, or Private Relay etc.

    The Connect app has monitoring functions ? Not sure it does.

      Perhaps not monitoring as such, more Check your Broadband or What devices are online, sort of thing.
