Longer cables for router and 360 box

I need to move my router and 360 box, so I would like longer cables for the router and the box.

Where can I get these cables, and can I do it myself or do I need an engineer to calibrate the cables?

If I do need an engineer, can I arrange it through here, rather than ringing customer services?

    One of the forum team can arrange this for you, it might be a couple of days, there is a £25 non fault charge for this but the signal levels will be checked and adjusted if required.

    If you are extending both cables & not just one, then a tech visit would be advisable, as your signal levels may well be affected & would need adjustment in the street cabinet.

    There is a one off charge of £25 for this.
