Longer Cable (Coax)
Hi I just got my Hub 3, upon set up, the coax cable won't reach inside my flat as the VM wall socket is in the hallway of the house. I just need a long cable to be able to put the Hub 3 inside my flat. Thank you!

You'll need to specify how long a cable you need. If it's not one of the standard lengths that VM can send you, a technician visit will be needed.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
You should have a faceplate inside your flat itself, which should have a Virgin Media, NTLworld or TeleWest logo.
Is the home a conversion? A standard home that has been rebuilt as two separate flats? If so, you may need an engineer to install your faceplate to service your flat solely.
No faceplate inside the flat, and the landlord/agency won't allow us to drill/modify to install a faceplate.
If there is longer standard cable like 5m or more would be great. Thank you
