Just need to rant… No show technician
I sat in all day yesterday waiting for the technician to come and install our broadband. I had booked an 8-1pm appointment but there was no show. No text messages, no telephone calls, no emails. Nothing.
I tried to ‘talk’ to someone on the phone and live chat service and find out what had happened but just got nowhere. I was finally sent a link via text but this just drew blanks as well as it just confirmed that my broadband was not yet set up. Tell me something I don’t already know!
When I checked for updates on the app this morning, it is still saying that the technician was booked for 26th Aug at 8-1pm.
I really don’t have the time to be sitting in every day waiting for them to pay a call. I need to speak to a real human being who can sort this out for me. Pronto!
