It will take a couple of days to get a response on these boards. Phone VM if your need is urgent.
I'd prefer to place an online order to avoid any doubt as to what is being ordered and at what price. Lead time for us from order to start of service was about 1 month, that time can extend considerably if there are any issues with establishing the connection.
Remember this is likely to be a minimum of an 18 month contract with VM and early termination is very costly. Don't order this service if you have a 3 or 6 month rental !!!

It's best to order on line. If you phone up you'll be talking with a professional salesperson who will try very hard to sell you more than you want. And then you may still find that you are signed up for more than you agreed.
Order on line and keep a copy of what you ordered. If you are phoned, insist that you only want what you applied for. And check the new contract carefully when you receive it.
