Is not set up properly

Have followed the first time setup instruction, but turned out not set up properly, and I am not able to get support from either Chatbot and WhatsApp.

    Hi welcome what are u trying to set up and what is it that u say is not correct then?? so we can help more please explain more on the issue and set up u have done
