Intermittent Broadband & TV.@ since Saturday. London, Camden Town

Anyone else experiencing this? I cannot work from home. Happening since Saturday!

the service status estimate keeps fluctuating. Is it wide Virgin Media outage.

  • Is there a way to get hold of someone from VM? i tried the chat but it is very poor (suggested to use WhatsApp but no one answers my chats..)

      Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear of the Broadband and TV issues. You were affected by a fault, reference number F011828681 for your records. This was closed as fixed on Wednesday. There's no issues showing now, so I do hope everything is resolved for you, please do let us know if you need further help.

        No it is still not fixed!

        I’ve been receiving daily confirmations that the service is fixed but it remains very unstable.

        Service check status in VM website still shows that broadband and tv are not working properly.
