Installation when previous owners of house already with virgin media

Hi,

We have ordered virgin media and the previous owners were already with them. We asked for installation on Saturday 15th march, the day after we moved. 

Do the items get sent to the house prior to this? Or does the engineer bring when the come on the Saturday? Or does the items get sent to the house before like other providers do?

Not heard anything since we ordered and received pre contracts

    When you order Virgin Media services, the process can vary depending on whether you opt for a QuickStart self-installation or an engineer installation.

    1. QuickStart Self-Installation: If your property is eligible for QuickStart, Virgin Media will send the installation kit to your address before the installation date. You can choose to have the kit delivered to your home or to a nearby Yodel store for collection. The kit typically includes everything you need to set up your services, such as the WiFi Hub, TV box, and necessary cables.
    2. Engineer Installation: If you have scheduled an engineer installation, the engineer will bring the necessary equipment with them on the installation day. They will set up the services for you and ensure everything is working correctly.
