Installation of Virgin Media at OFNL site (DA11)

Hi there - I am wondering how I could go about getting more information on installing VM services at my property. I live on a new-build OFNL estate (DA11) and am nearing the end of my current contract, I'm quite reluctant to sign another agreement given the pricing structure of OFNL ISPs and noticed a few years ago that VM and OFNL have 'some' sort of agreement.

Does anyone know how I can explore this futher?

    Although VM has an agreement to use OFNL's duct network, this doesn't mean using all of it. What VM is doing is to run fibre in OFNL's ducts which happen to be close to VM's network. You need to check whether VM provides service at your address.
