Installation of broadband and account
Last month I bought a broadband package with Virgin Media, I got my contract, but it didn’t have an account number or area reference. It was supposed to be installed today but no one has shown. I have tried calling Virgin Media but it asks for an account number which I don’t have or a phone number under Virgin Mobile which I also don’t have. What can I do?
