Installation cancelled

Work has been completed on outside my house on 20.12 and final installation should be today between 1-6. 
receive message that all the work wasn’t completed and my installation is cancelled. Now showing 16.01 

I’m sure that technician was to lazy on new year eve. Really annoying.

    Depending on location this afternoon includes weather warnings for Snow / Gales / Rain and it will be dark at 4pm.

    Could a reasonable concern for practical & safe working be the primary reason ?

      I will have no problem with that explanation, but why they are lying about. And why they are moving forward over two weeks? My initial installation date was 04.01 and they offered me 31.01 . I should stay with original one.

    I'm afraid expect the VM service to go live when it happens, repeated slippage is very common,
    especially if any snags are encountered.

    If you have an ISP now, do not cancel until the VM service has been installed and has worked
    as expected for a few weeks to a month.

  • I feel you. My solution is likely to be find another provider who doesn’t treat their customers like dirt.
