Incorrect Installation Address

I signed up for broadband online with self install. 

I then received one email with my order documents which listed my address mildly incorrectly but not a real issue (12 A "Street Name" as opposed to 12A "Street Name").

However, I then received a second email which listed the installation address as 12 "Street Name". This is the wrong address. I live at 12A and 12 is another house on the street. How can I go about changing this installation address? I worry my broadband box will be delivered to the wrong house.

    First...  Call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 (follow options) and check with them.

    They ought to be able to change things

    Sorry to hear of the confusion caused over the address of the installation.
