inconsistent connection on one device
my wifi connection is perfectly fine on every other device in our house, but specifically on my laptop, it is inconsistent and regularly cuts out, mainly during the day. how can i fix this?

Get a better wifi router with 1Gb ports and use hub in modem mode
for clarification, visually i have full bars of wifi throughout other than occasional periods of "no internet"

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue with the connection on your laptop.
To confirm, what are using on the laptop when you experience the issue?

Disable Smart Wi-Fi and set manual Wi-Fi channels on both bands of the VM Hub.
Make sure the laptop can not power the Wi-Fi adaptor off to save power.
Try the laptop with and Always On power plan.
