I didn't receive my installation package

The estimated delivery was January 27th but it is now January 30th and I still haven't received my installation package! This is my first time with Virgin media and I already have a bad experience with them. I am in a new home, without internet. I'm going through a difficult period in my life because of cancer and the internet in my new house would brighten up the grey days.

 I think that attracting new clients is one of the company's priorities. Because by attracting new clients your profit increases, and high-quality service is what keeps clients! Please help me get the installation package or I will have to leave!
