I am having problems connecting my new robotic cleaner, which will only connect to 2.4GHz band

I am having problems connecting my new robotic cleaner, which will only connect to 2.4GHz band. I disabled 5GHz, but the cleaner still claims that the WiFi is set for 5GHz. How/where can you rename the SSIDs? I cannot see anything about that on the wireless signal page. I have Hub 3.

    Try ... 

    Hub 3 menu : Advanced settings >> Wireless >> Security
    Change the name of the 5GHz Wi-Fi to say VM1234567_5GHz
    then scroll down and click on Apply changes

    Use a laptop with a network cable to access the Hub 3 admin menu,
    making changes via Wi-Fi will end up being locked out of the Hub 3 menu.
