Hub3 360TV and IPhone WiFi

Hi All

 Had lots of problems with IPhone and the Hub 3  lots of connection dropping  seems to rectify after  loading connect app but not always  , sometimes need hub reset .  Similar with Firestick . Seems to be worse and more frequent since  moving to 360TV 

is it worth moving ti a newer Hub or is it an known software problem ?

  • I've been getting those issues also since moving to the 360 (wish i had stuck with the TIVO).

    I've have the HUB 4 and still getting the same issues, even with it being in modem mode using my own router.

    I suspect a New HUB probably won't fix your issue.

       it must be throttling the device  then I think  , I wonder if there is some kind of  priority   Or bandwidth restriction kicking in   , definitely weird that I started getting  it emails about WiFi pods about the same time it happened   As well .

        We're sorry to hear of the connection issues experienced with your TV360 and iPhone, we appreciate the frustration and you taking the time to make us aware via the forums.

         

        We've checked the connection and equipment and all of the levels and spec's are in the ranges we'd expect to see. The speeds to the hub seem fine averaging 137mb download and 21mb download. We have help here for wireless connections.
