How long does it take from order to delivery for the modem/hub/installation equipment to arrive?
I’m moving into a new house Sept 25th and want to try time it so it arrives on that day or next latest as we have limited access to the house before that but will need internet for work from Sept 25th :-/

If the property had VM before you might get the QuickStart kit on time. However if it’s a new installation, how long is a piece of string. A data SIM on a 30 day rolling contract would be a good backup plan regardless. There are no SLA’s on residential contracts and if WFH a backup is necessary.
Thank you! I managed to speak with another person in my position and they said 2-3 days. They ordered on Thursday and it arrived on Saturday. Hopefully that stays true when I order! :) Cheers mate!
