Hub delivery- damaged box

I had my new hub delivered today. The box was pretty dinged up. Upon opening it to take out the Hub5 I noticed the port where you screw in the cable for the connection isn't straight. Should I be worried?

We can assure you that this is not the level of service we look to provide, and we want to do our best to help from here. Just to confirm, is your equipment working correctly when set up? Are you able to send us a picture of the damage so we can better understand and help?

    Possibly, but have you connected it up and is all working OK? It does sound as if it wasn’t well packed and/or the courier company (wasn’t Yodel by any chance was it) were using it as practice for drop-kicking a rugby ball?

    Now, if it’s all working then fine, it won’t get any worse. I suspect the only potential issue might be when and if you leave VM, return the equipment and they claim that ‘you damaged it’! This is very, very unlikely but not entirely impossible.

    Honestly, if it were me and the hub is working, I’d be tempted to just leave it.
