Hub 5

Hi. I’ve just been send a Hub 5 to replace my old hub. I have plugged everything in correctly, the Network name appears in the list on my phone but says no internet connection. The hub is just Flashing blue light, doesn’t go any further. Tried to call them but useless, can’t speak to a human. Any help please? Thanks

  • hi. I have just received a Hub 5 to replace my Hub 3. I have installed correctly, it fires up, it appears in my list of Networks, but says no internet connection, and flashing blue light just stays on. Any ideas please?

    Call the equipment activation number they may be able to help.  It's 0800 953 9500 and you will need the Hub serial number/MAC address from the barcode sticker, and your account number.

    The Hub's are supposed to be activated for installs, but sometimes not.  A quick test is to plug the old Hub back in, if it works, the new Hub is not activated.
