Hub 3 not connecting to use VM connect app

I am a Volt customer and can get free Wifi pods but am required to run a test on my hub 3 via the VM Connect app. Unfortunately despite being connected to my wifi and it working on my device the app wont find the Hub, I've tried the typical troubleshooting 'fixes' so I assume Hub 3 is one of the ones with data problems that make it unable to be picked up by the app Can you please help? And I need the pods as my wifi is so intermittent

    Thanks for your first post and welcome to our community.
    Sorry to hear you're having an issue with your Hub3, the Connect App and trying to get a Pod
    I'd like to investigate this for you.

    If you can check the envelope at the top right of your screen, that would be great.
