How to refund in the 14 day cooling off period?

Hello yesterday i ordered my broadband contract with virgin media but now i realised i did it a bit too early than i was supposed to and so i'd like to refund in my 14 day cooling period but how do i do that exactly? Thank you

    You haven't said if you have a working installation yet.  The 14 days only starts on your first broadband activation.

      oh so i need to wait and get the kit then set it up then i can refund?

        If you have decided you don't want the service you can cancel right away. They shouldn't have charged you before the service started so there's nothing to refund.
