I've downloaded Connect, ran a home scan which shows the far side of the house upstairs isn't great for WiFi, but doesn't give me an option to order a pod. Says I need one. Been on hold an age, and live chat has taken me days already. Any help please?

Same problem, Mr Bond. There is some helpful advice under the Networking and Wifi group for good times to contact the support line but I've got nowhere with them, they said an extender pod would be sent out but nothing received, and the app did not have an option to order one. Waiting for the mods to get in touch, hopefully by net week when everyone should be back from holidays...
