How to let virgin know pole is condemned

We have an openreach pole in our garden, situated behind a locked gate. Despite many engineers coming out and being shown this red D, virgin keep arranging installs for neighbours.

Because someone managed to get virgin onto the pole before it was condemned, everyone is our street not connected to our pole had virgin installed in the pavement. But everyone connected didn't.

There are access difficulties making getting a new pole in difficult, basically neighbours extension has made it impossible for a new pole to come in anyway other than by crane. So this will not be happening any time soon, probably.

Is there a way to let virgin know all this? I feel bad for everyone being sold virgin, but also quite fed up dealing with this. And, sad to say, there have been times when the virgin engineers (well, Comex in this case) have gained access without our permission and caused damage to my garden.

Your contract is with Openreach, which means that you are entitled to know what Openreach plans to do about the pole as its condition is negatively affecting you. If a new pole is to be installed it's typically next to the old one with cables transferred, and once done the old pole is removed. In the interim period it should be maked as a "D-Pole" and VM informed of this when a requested connection to it is rejected.

When  the pole in our road was replaced, the new one was put into the same hole as the old one.

I wasn't here to watch it myself, but a neighbour said the overhead wires were temporarily fixed to the hydraulic bucket crane.
