That would indicate that there is no appointment to cancel. Sometimes customers book a tech appointment and only later do VM realise that the issue is a wider one, not specific to the customer who reported it, in which case they automatically cancel all related customer visits on the grounds they would be pointless.
If this is the case then it would be good if they could let you know, but if the app says that you have no appointments scheduled, then maybe that is their way of doing it?
