I have legitimately never experienced anything like their customer service. Which wouldn't be so much of a problem if their service was reliable. I've had VM for less than a year and have already had more days TLOS than the entire rest of my life, absolutely no exaggeration.
They get away with it because they can. If you had read all the reports of their customer service you probably wouldn't have joined.
But don't lose hope yet. If you can post full details of your problem here, you will get help from some of the experienced fellow users.
