How do set the router to 2.4ghz

To access your WiFi Hub’s settings, type 192.168.0.1 into the address bar of your internet browser to get to the WiFi settings page. From there you can find the settings you’d like to change. 

Go to Advanced settings > Wireless signal and then tick the enable 2.4 GHz if it's not already ticked and then Apply changes.

VM Hub transmit on both 2.4 and 5GHz.

If needed from the VM Hub menu it is possible to disable the 5GHz Wi-Fi,
this may help to get your product configured by forcing the mobile app and
the device onto the same 2.4GHz band.
