Have you got a tool that can help you to grip the plug & pull more firmly ?

I can find something like pliers but don't want to damage the plug

Are you sure it’s push-in, a lot a still screw.

        Hi Mugz47

Welcome back to the community forums.

Sorry to hear you've not been able to remove the router from the cable If you've the tool you used previously to remove the cable this may work.

Keep us posted should you've any further issues at all and haven't been able to resolve this concern.

I'm not sure why VM moved to push fit, it hardly meets the F-TYPE standard and has been a nightmare for folks to get connected or disconnected without causing damage to the Hub or the wall socket.

Sounds like a job for a ‘mole’ wrench

  • Hi. Did you manage to disconnect the push fit coax? If so, how.  I’m having the same problem.
