How do I get someone over to bury our cable!!!

4 lots of engineers have been, all say that they are not the right people to bury the cable… every time we call, they send the wrong engineers! We have a green pipe right across our drive, it’s really dangerous. @virginmedia, you had better hope one of our children or my parents trip over this…
