How can I check if my physical survey has been done
We have just moved into a new house and shortly before, VirginMedia came available at the location. It is available at my neighbours house but not mine, as its set slightly further back from the road.
I raised a 'request of interest' and a sales person contacted me and said they would arrange a survey to see if they can get the cable to my house. They were going to look into running the cable through the BT trunking.
That was 3 weeks ago. I don't believe a survey was done and the sales team are impossible to get a response from. I've tried the normal customer service, but they could not help.
Who can I speak to in order to try to get this resolved? I've been with Virgin Media for the past 20+ years. It would be good to stay with VM but they are not making it easy.
