Houses either side can get VM but not the one in the middle?

We're looking at a moving house.

Looking at the availability checker, the property itself isn't serviced by Virgin Media, but the properties to the left and right of it (within 10meters ) are. All of the houses are on the same side of the road, and the VM ductwork is just to the left of our drive. So it shows as not available but probably is?

I'd assume this is because the cable runs in front of the house and we'd just need to be spliced into that?

Does anyone have any idea how we'd order this?

    Just to check, have you already been able to speak to the movers team to see if they've been able to check the serviceability of the property? They'd usually be able to see if someone can be sent out to see if running the cables will be possible. If not, all contact details can be found here.
