House not on postcode checker, but neighbours are.

the persons message says Hi there,

My house is not listed on the postcode checker, but my neighbours is. Using the neighbours address they can get Gig1 fibre, so there must be cable laid in the area. 


Can some one get back to me as to how to get my house on the database please?
