recently I switched to virgin media (the m350 package I believe) I was using the speedtest by ookla earlier and it’s telling me I’m getting nearly 900ms of download latency which I’d imagine is the reason I’m sometimes only getting 60mbps downloads right?
It is important to discover where speed and latency issues occur.
