Help!!!! Need to book an engineer

Hi all. As title. I pick the 1gig one and pick self installation kit. Just know that there I don’t have the wall socket. I track down the wire it’s just sitting outside. I got the hold in my wall. Must be the last tenant pull it off and seal the hole. I try to book an engineer but I can’t. Someone please help 🙏🏽
