Help! My TV box was not delivered
I bought my new TV and Broadband package on the 1st of August. My broadband router arrived by the 5th and during set up I noticed that the TV Mixit box has not.
I phoned on Tuesday 12th August and the handler advised me that I was right the box was not delivered, and that they would send one out - delivered by end of day Thursday (14th)
It is now Monday 19th and still nothing. How do I continue?? Who do I contact next? There is nothing on the self help website!
Lastly, will I have paid for a month of TV when I have 0 access!? If so, how do I claim that back?
