Hi, I’m finding the helpline impenetrable so starting a topic here.
My question is how do I book an engineer to come and move a cable point in my house?
I understand it costs £25, but there is no way of booking this via the help number. I read a response in the community suggesting to go to ‘Faults’ and then wait for an agent but that doesn’t work anymore.
Wait for a VM person to reply here (usually takes a few days from when you first post). They should be able to arrange it.
