Havent recieved my package
Hi there,
On Wednesday, I ordered a self install broadband package, set to be delivered today. However, I have not received it, or any email from virgin since my pre contract documents. I understand I can log into my virgin account to check the status of my order, but I did not get a customer account number or customer area reference in my documents, so I cannot create a myvirgin account. I was just wondering what the status of my order is?
