Haven't received confirmation email

Hi,

I signed up for a new TV, broadband and phone package and received my pre-contract information with a delivery date of the 15th but haven't received anything further to confirm that this is going ahead?

Could anyone advise me about this. Just so I have more information of delivery of  box, TV etc

    Call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 and see if they can help - open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday

  • Hi my new hub etc was supposed to be delivered today but nothing has came and I haven't received any communication from you about this?

      Did you contact the pre installs team on 0800 052 1734 as suggested by John?
