Have tried to get virgin to sort unsafe cable installstion

  • Whilst  gardening and cutting back some shrubs found virgin cable lying on garden. This is next to public footpath and the unburied cable is a trip hazard. As no longer a virgin customer making contact on phone is  impossible to report this safety issue. Want cable either buried to comply with current installation standards or totally removed

    Sorry to hear of your concerns with unburied cabling. Is this cabling laid on your property or on council/neighbour owned land?

    Can you provide images of how the cable is laid and we can escalated this further at our side if still needed.
