Ground floor flat serviceable?

Hi All

Virgin media has recently been installed in my area. However, it would seem that only the houses can get the service. I live in a ground floor flat and would assume that I would be able to have virgin media installed. Is there a virgin media member of staff on here who could pick this up and look into it for me?

    You will first need to check with the landlord/property agent that they will give permission for the cable installation and probable hole drilling in the wall.
