Get a new Hub at no extra cost
Hi there.
I received an e-mail on Friday saying that I have an old hub that is no longer getting security updates. And that I should should click the link in the e-mail to have a new hub sent to me.
I have clicked on the link but all it does is take me to my Service Status page with no link to request the new hub.
I have tried to go through the help pages and Live chat but the Virtual Assistant is just going around in circles. I asked it to connect me to a human but to no avail.
I tried to phone up but after 12 minutes lost in the automated phone menu system I hung up the line.
Please could someone let me know how I get the new hub sent to me.
