Flat number not reflecting with a VM box inside

Hi we have recently moved to a flat which has a VM box affixed to the inside wall. The flat number of the dwelling changed from 3 to 4 some years back which was not updated in your records. So currently there is no flat 4 in your drop-down for the postcode. Am not able to get a connection therefore even though am pretty sure this is an admin error as the presence of the VM box means that the facility is serviceable. Request if anyone can look into it.
