Flashing red light Hub 5

This morning suddenly, my  wifi hub has flashing red light. I have checked with app and I got warning: “The wifi hub isn’t connected properly properly” . I tried everything ( reset, power off/on), but still I have same issue. I work at home and today it was terrible. I call ten times for the issue but it is impossible to connect someone to speak. Is there any solution or how I can connect a customer service? I have a meeting on Monday morning, I am so stressful.

If you work at home you should really have some contingency, things fail.

Check with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 If you have a VM landline 150 this goes down to post code level. You could also try the web page status, but this is not recommended as it only covers issues that affect a very large number of customers.

VM will not dispatch any technicians while an area fault exists.

    If no area faults found:

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post. This board is not a fault reporting system.

  • There is no area faults. I tried to call customer service but I couldn’t speak anyone, just checked online and close the phone!!!
