Fibre showing as available to all other properties in area & building, just not mine
As in the title, fibre broadband seems to be available to every property in my area, plus the 2 other flats in my building, however not to me. It appears through using live chat, where I had to explain that my house number was "n", not "n A" or "n B" as the other two flats in my building are (n being the house number), that this is due to a mistake when updating coverage for the area, and not due to the service not being able to enter my door when somehow it can go right past it and then upstairs to the neighbours in the flat above. I tried on live chat but it appears that agents aren't allowed to leave the script and this situation isn't accounted for, but is it possible to check with the installations team and hopefully rectify this?
