Fibre installed but still unavailable
A month ago I had a fibre optic line installed at my property, but whenever I try to purchase a broadband package my house shows as unavailable. Ive tried to go through the helpline but my password is never recognised. I’ve had several phone calls with telesales operators where I am promised a return call with a solution but it never arrives. Does anybody have a contact number for somebody who could relive the situation.
