Fibre installed but still unavailable

A month ago I had a fibre optic line installed at my property, but whenever I try to purchase a broadband package my house shows as unavailable. Ive tried to go through the helpline but my password is never recognised. I’ve had several phone calls with telesales operators where I am promised a return call with a solution but it never arrives. Does anybody have a contact number for somebody who could relive the situation.

    Perhaps the service is not live yet.

    Do the houses either side of you also show as unavailable ?

    Initially they would not install the cable as the cost was too high to dig up our shared driveway. But when my neighbour applied, they dug up the driveway and installed a box on both our houses. We are semi detached and their line is active. My property just needs to be shown as available but I can’t find the right people to speak to.

      Is there already an existing old VM cable connection at the property?

        No, this was newly installed on the 16th June. It’s like my house just needs the status changing to available but I can’t speak to the right person
