Failed to deliver
Virgin started to agree to install fibre to my house in Jan 25 and we are now almost in June. With multiple bookings and cancelations but no results. The engineering teams have been out and have concluded there is a way to complete the installation, but with no managerial support they cannot do it.
Virgin have failed in their offerings and have now taken my address area off the map showing fibre is available. The engineers say yes, the managers say no..... not good service. Anyone knows the best number to get something done in Virgin.
