External Connection Delay!
Hi all,
I've recently moved home (across the road from where i lived previously. I had arranged for my services to be up and running on friday 24th october, i moved in 1 week prior.
On friday i had a engineer come out and install on my internal wiring however i was greeted with bad news saying that my services won't be up and running on the day because the External Connection (cable running from the ground to brown box) had be cut!?
Understandably, this isn't a quick fix, however i was promised that someone will be out the next day to solve the issue. Since then i've made several phone calls asking for a time/day when they will arrive because no one showed up. I work from home pretty much all week and this is costing me in the long run!
I have been on the phone twice today sunday 26th october to chase up when my services will be getting back online, haven't got an answer to that apart from i should expect a call at 10am monday 27th october (3 days after my planned installation).
Anyone had these issues before? because i have no intention on waiting around and losing more wages!
