External cable entry point

Hi there,

I’m looking to move the point of entry of my broadband cable to come in to our left hand side of the house as opposed to the front wall. We own the side access to the property which conveniently borders the Virgin Media cabinet.

The socket has already been moved internally and that engineer said there would be a second appointment to move externally, but that never happened. Currently the existing external cable is unsightly across the front garden.

I presume I need to call out an engineer - How can I book this?
